This option is available when:

Your warranty or maintenance period have expired and do not want to purchase additional upgrade or maintenance.

You have received our products embedded into third-party applications and need support for installing or using our products.

We will guarantee that you receive a satisfactory solution to your issue and update your product if needed, otherwise we will issue a refund. The cost per incident is: 

$49.00 for end-users desktop-based applications.

$299.00 for developers and server-based applications.
